This program provides comprehensive maintenance for your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system twice a year, addressing the unique challenges presented by the Southern California climate. By subscribing to our maintenance plan, you not only extend the life of your HVAC system but also enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is in expert hands.

What’s Included:

• Biannual HVAC System Inspections:
  • Our certified technicians will perform two thorough inspections of your HVAC system each year, checking for any issues, wear and tear, or potential problems. These inspections will help identify and address minor problems before they escalate into costly repairs.
• Comprehensive System Maintenance:
  • During each biannual visit, we will carry out comprehensive system maintenance, which includes cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating all components, such as the condenser and evaporator coils, blower motor, and thermostat. This ensures optimal performance and efficiency throughout the year.
• Filter Replacement:
  • We will replace your HVAC filters as needed to ensure proper airflow and maintain good indoor air quality. Regular filter changes also help prevent the buildup of dust and debris, which can lead to reduced efficiency and costly repairs. (Filters are sold separately)
• Refrigerant Check:
  • During one of our biannual maintenance visits, we will check your system’s refrigerant levels to ensure proper cooling performance. This is essential for maintaining the efficiency and lifespan of your HVAC system.
• Priority Scheduling and Discounts on Repairs and Replacements:
  • As a maintenance plan subscriber, you will enjoy priority scheduling for any repair work that may be needed. Additionally, you will receive a 10% discount on all repair services and $500 off any major equipment replacements, should any issues arise throughout the year.
