I honestly debated for some time on posting, because although my experience with this company started off GREAT, there were some REALLY stressful moments when the installation was taking place that almost had me losing my mind. I want to begin by immediately saying that Alejandro and Tomas, who were part of the installation team, were TRULY AMAZING, HARD-WORKING and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done professionally and efficiently. David, who I dealt with throughout the process, was also attentive, understanding and went out of his way to make sure a I was happy and the system was working. Despite some issues that came up throughout the weekend, EVERYTHING turned out fine, and I’m a happy customer. My only recommendation is if you’re planning to get a whole new system installed, don’t do it on a Friday. Make sure you schedule the installation in the early part of the week in case something goes wrong. I plan to nurture my relationship with Marathon HVAC for a long time and expect to continue to receive ONLY the BEST service and attention. I definitely recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend Marathon HVAC Service, Inc. They replied quickly after I sent in the issue. They set up a time that was convenient for me, verified the time, sent a reminder and a picture of the technician, Guillermo that was going to show up. Guillermo ran a few tests, determined what was wrong, let me know what the issues were and approximately how much it would cost to fix. Once I approved, he fixed the issues, tested it with me present and cleaned up after.
